Now, your checking, savings, mortgage payments and other banking activities are as close as any computer with Internet access. With Internet Banking, you can do your banking online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, wherever you may be.

To sign up for Online Banking please contact your nearest branch, or click here to send us an email. For your safety and security, please do not send account numbers or social security numbers through email. Email is not a secure form of communication. You can also download the online banking application to begin the process by clicking here.

Beginning on June 19, 2013, First National Bank will install additional security features for your NetTeller Online Banking Access. Upon your first access into NetTeller after June 19, you will be prompted to select a “Watermark” image from hundreds of images available. This image will then always display during your login process and on each page of your NetTeller access. This image will ensure that you have logged into a legitimate NetTeller site and not a fake site used by fraudsters to steal your online banking credentials or personal information. Should you not see your selected image during your login process, you should discontinue the login process and call First National Bank immediately.

During this time, you may also be prompted to re-establish your three (3) security questions. If you are a Bill Pay or ACH customer and you initiate payments of $1,000.00 or higher, you will automatically be challenged by your security questions.

BILL PAY

Bill Pay is an additional feature that you can sign up for to complement your Internet Banking functionality. With Bill Pay, you can pay the companies and individuals that you need to pay, either on a recurring or a one-time basis. If the company you desire to pay is in our database, we will issue an electronic payment to them. For individuals or companies that are not in our system, we will an issue a check and mail it for you. With Bill Pay you can save time and money by not having to write checks or buy postage. Or if you are a person that pays bills online, you will save time by not having to visit all of the different websites of your accounts. You can do all of your bill paying in one central location. Bill Pay retains your payment history for the past 18 months, making it easy for you to find past payments. eDOCS

eDocs is the environmentally friendly and secure way to receive your banking notifications. With eDocs, you can select the accounts that you wish to receive electronic statements for, all with just a click of a button. Currently, we offer statements electronically, but in the future other notifications such as CD renewals and 1099INT forms will be offered. To enroll, select the eDocs button within NetTeller. You'll need to validate your email address, choose a security phrase, and enter the enrollment passcode. The security phrase can be anything that you choose. The phrase will appear on all emails from the bank. That way you know that the emails are valid and not spoofed or fraud. Next accept the disclosure and agreement. Once you enroll, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address that is on file. Each time a statement is available, you will receive an email, with your selected security phrase, from the bank notifying you the statement is available. eStatements are stored for 18 months, so that you can easily look back and find one from the past. No more clutter of statements in your office or mailbox! No more need to shred those statements before throwing them away! eDocs is only available to our Internet Banking customers, so sign up today.
